Cancellation Policy: Up to 15 days in advance: 50% of the total trip value will be refunded. Less than 15 days or "no show": No refunds will be issued. Weather conditions: If the trip cannot proceed due to natural causes, the client may reschedule a new departure. Rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation unless a red flag prohibits navigation. Refunds: Refunds will be made to the person or company that made the payment, using the same payment method. A written request with a signature and supporting documents is required to process the refund. Complaints and Claims: Any deduction or refund resulting from complaints must be mutually agreed upon between the client and the company. Complaints must be reported during the service or within 3 days after its conclusion.
