Rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation unless a red flag prohibits navigation. Refunds: Refunds will be made to the person or company that made the payment, using the same payment method. A written request with a signature and supporting documents is required to process the refund. Complaints and Claims: Any deduction or refund resulting from complaints must be mutually agreed upon between the client and the company. Complaints must be reported during the service or within 3 days after its conclusion.
